The willow bark is from willow harvested from our own plantations where we use only natural plant feeds & no non-organic pesticide controls. A simple process means we can peel, dry & grind the bark ready for use in our soaps.

Our unique recipes are brimming with a gorgeous creamy & hydrating blend of vegan butters & oils which gives our shaving soaps their light creamy texture which leaves your skin feeling soft, smooth & hydrated.

 

ABOUT THE INGREDIENTS

Sheffield Clay provides the slip & glide needed for a shaving soap. It also is a very mild abrasive which polishes the surface of the skin leaving it smooth & clean looking. It helps the skin retain moisture & aids in drawing out any impurities & toxins in the skin.

 

White Willow Bark has astringent properties & works well alongside the charcoal to cleanse oily skin,

 

Aloe Vera soothes skin irritation & shaving burn. Traditionally used for its healing & calming properties for small abrasions & minor cuts.

 

Jojoba Oil is a cleanser & moisturiser with antibacterial, antimicrobial & antifungal properties. It helps maintain skin hydration & is soothing & protecting.

 

Rosehip Seed Oil is rich in antioxidants & good fatty acids, It softens & evens out the skin, reducing wrinkles & firming the skin.

 

Lavender Essential Oil has antiseptic & anti-inflamatory properties. It is a calming oil. Traditionally used for balancing the mind & creating a relaxed mood

 

Geranium Essential Oil again having antiseptic & anti-inflamatory properties. Traditionally used for depression & anxiety, to lighten the mood.
