Shipping is second class royal mail for all items. If you require faster shipping please email for more options. Please also email for international shipping rates.
RETURN POLICY
Any items containing natural ingredients (balms, butters, soaps, sprays etc. are non returnable (unless faulty).
PDF and video tutorials non refundable.
All other items may be returned within 14 working days.
Buyer pays return postage & items must be received back in mint condition.
Refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
